The Lincoln Coconut Grove

Living in Coconut Grove

A residential base in Coconut Grove, with its tree canopy, shops, dining and waterfront parks shaping the day around the building.

The setting

The Grove beyond the front door

CocoWalk, neighborhood restaurants and shops, Peacock Park and the Coconut Grove waterfront are part of the surrounding area identified in the project records.

The Lincoln is a boutique residential building within that neighborhood. Parks, marinas and public destinations remain separate from the resident amenity program.

I would separate the neighborhood decision from the view decision. Access to the Grove is shared by every home here. What you see from the living room depends on the line and level, so a rooftop or aerial image is not enough to choose a residence.

A useful visit

Walk the routine you intend to keep

The daily route

Check the route to your preferred shops, restaurants and parks in person. Shade, crossings and the specific entrance you use can matter more than a rounded walking-time estimate.

The wider city

For trips to Brickell, Coral Gables or the airport, compare the route at your usual departure time. Travel times vary with traffic, route and time of day.

Inside and outside

Keep the two lists separate

The rooftop pool, spa, lounge and fitness center belong to the building program. The neighborhood waterfront and parks belong to the wider Grove experience.

That distinction helps when comparing ownership costs and daily use across different properties. Ask which services are included, which need reservations, and which destinations require leaving the building.

The project records identify CocoWalk, Peacock Park and the Coconut Grove waterfront as neighborhood context. Their presence nearby does not make them building amenities.
No. Test your actual route at the time of day you will use it, including airport trips and travel to work.
Compare the precise residence, level and orientation. Aerial neighborhood imagery and rooftop renderings do not establish the view from a particular home.
